Youth Camp July 16-18

Thank you for your interest in youth camp and volunteering with us. We have currently reached capacity for jr. high (Grade 7-9 students) volunteers for week 1- July 17-31 of camp.

If you are going into grade 7-9 in the fall and are interested in week 2- August 10-14, please continue the form. Otherwise, please send us an email 1212summercamps@gmail.com and you can be placed on an waitlist for week 1. Please do not submit/ pay for youth camp if week 2 (August 10-14) of camp does not work for you.

Youth Volunteer Camp is a camp designed specifically for youth entering grades 7–12 who will be serving at least one week of camp this summer. We will kick off the summer together with a weekend focused on training, team-building, and discipleship as students prepare to lead and serve.

This weekend is more than just preparation — it is an opportunity to grow spiritually, build strong friendships, and develop as Christ-centered leaders.

While there will be plenty of fun and time together, we take the responsibility of serving at camp very seriously. Each student plays an important role in shaping the experience of the children who attend.

The cost is $75 per camper.

Drop-off will be at 4:00 PM on July 16, and pick-up will be at 1:00 PM on July 18. This is an overnight camp at the church.

We ask that those who sign up come ready to engage fully, commit wholeheartedly to the week you have signed up to volunteer at.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations made more than 7-13 days prior to the start date will receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. Cancellations 7–13 days before camp may receive a 50% refund, which helps cover materials and supplies purchased in advance.

A detailed email with packing list will be sent closer to the start of camp.
